If you use the form, a few details help us come prepared:
- Photos of the existing railing, stairs, deck or opening, plus a wider shot that shows the house
- Rough measurements, such as total linear feet, number of stair runs, and the height of the deck or balcony above the ground
- Material or style ideas, even just a link or a photo of something you like
- HOA requirements, if your community has architectural review, approved colors or a submittal deadline
- Timing, especially for an SB 721 repair notice, a sale or a remodel schedule
